Dave Alred

Dave Alred is an English elite performance coach known especially for his work on rugby kicking and performing under pressure. He helped develop Jonny Wilkinson’s kicking and coached England during its 2003 Rugby World Cup campaign. Alred has also worked with leading golfers and rugby players, including Luke Donald, Padraig Harrington, Francesco Molinari and Johnny Sexton, and is the author of *The Pressure Principle*.
