Enya

Enya is an Irish singer and composer whose music combines folk melodies, layered vocals, synthesizers, and classical influences. After briefly performing with her family’s band Clannad, she established an international solo career with Watermark (1988), whose single “Orinoco Flow” became her breakthrough. Her atmospheric, meticulously arranged recordings have made her one of Ireland’s most distinctive popular musicians.
