Francisco Bilbao

Francisco Bilbao was a Chilean writer, philosopher, and liberal politician whose radical ideas centered on liberty, democracy, and the political renewal of Latin America. After periods of exile and political activity abroad, he left a substantial body of writing that was collected posthumously in Obras completas, edited by his brother Manuel Bilbao.
