Luis Carlos Sarmiento

Luis Carlos Sarmiento Angulo is a Colombian banker, builder, and entrepreneur who founded Grupo Aval in 1994 and developed it into a major financial holding company. He has also been involved in banking, construction, infrastructure, agribusiness, insurance, and philanthropy, including through foundations bearing his name.
