Marcel Telles

Marcel Telles is a Brazilian entrepreneur and investor whose career helped reshape Brazil’s brewing and consumer-business sectors. After studying economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, he joined Banco Garantia and became a longtime business partner of Jorge Paulo Lemann and Carlos Alberto Sicupira. Telles led Brahma as chief executive from 1989 to 1999 and later became associated with major investments through 3G Capital, including interests connected to AB InBev and Burger King.
