Masayoshi Son

Masayoshi Son is the founder of SoftBank Group, which he established in 1981 and has led as chairman and CEO. Under his direction, the group expanded from software distribution into internet, telecommunications, technology investment and artificial intelligence. His major strategic initiatives have included investments in Alibaba, the acquisition of Arm, and the creation of the SoftBank Vision Fund.
