Metin Oktay

Metin Oktay (1936–1991), nicknamed the “Crownless King,” was a Turkish striker who became one of Galatasaray’s defining players. After joining the club in 1955, he spent most of his career there, with a brief spell at Palermo, and won the Turkish scoring title six times.
