Raúl Zurita

Raúl Zurita is a Chilean poet whose work joins lyric expression with performance, visual intervention, and political memory. His major books include *Purgatorio* (1979), *Anteparaíso* (1982), and *Canto a su amor desaparecido* (1985), written against the background of Chile’s dictatorship.
