Sadhu Sundar Singh

Sadhu Sundar Singh was an Indian Christian missionary and evangelist who became known for presenting Christianity through the culturally familiar life of a wandering sadhu. Wearing saffron robes and traveling largely on foot, he preached across India and made missionary journeys into Himalayan regions, including Tibet. His ministry emphasized an Indian expression of Christian faith and influenced discussions about the character of the church in India.
