Understanding this quote
The quote encourages people not to dismiss their individual vote as insignificant. It compares each vote to a single raindrop: one drop seems small, but many drops together can refresh dry ground. The broader point is that meaningful change depends on individual contributions, even when no single contribution appears powerful on its own.
