Brian Niccol

Brian Niccol is chairman and chief executive officer of Starbucks, a position he has held since September 2024. Previously, he led Chipotle as chief executive officer from 2018 to 2024 and as chairman from 2020, overseeing the company’s expansion, digital innovation, and brand development. His earlier leadership roles included serving as chief executive of Taco Bell and working in brand management at Procter & Gamble.
